A few months ago there was a definite shift in the quality of the light spilling through the patio windows. It felt like winter was retreating.
About a month back the light shifted again, and the air warmed enough that I started opening the doors more… and wanting to make the most of my little outside space.
It only catches the sun for an hour or so mid-morning, but the indirect light is good all day. It’s private, sheltered, only a little bit overlooked.
It’s a lovely place to sit of a midsummer morning or evening.

I am envious of your patio and want it…
Also, your tattoo makes me think of the anti-possession symbol from Supernatural.

It sounds very relaxing, but I am feeling anything but relaxed as I admire this unbelievably gorgeous view. And while I’d love to have a peaceful garden in which to sit and read, I’d be happy to gaze at you just about anywhere.
